These terms apply to kojee.club and the Kojee Beans app experience run by Kojee Coffee Co. LLC in Houston, Texas. By using the site you agree to them.
1. Using the site
Use the site for personal, lawful purposes. Don't try to break, overload or get around its security, create fake accounts, scrape it, or use it to send spam.
2. Menu, prices and hours
We keep the menu, prices, hours and location up to date, but they can change, drinks can sell out, and the cart moves every month. Menu prices do not include sales tax. We add 8.25% sales tax (the Texas state and Houston local rate) to every sale, including catering and events, unless you give us a valid Texas sales tax exemption certificate. What we charge at the cart is the final price.
3. Allergens
Our drinks are made to order in a shared space. Ingredients include milk, tree nuts (almond and coconut) and, in some toppings and seasonal drinks, wheat, soy or pistachio. We can't guarantee any drink is free of allergens. Please tell us about allergies before you order.
4. Events and catering
Booking requests sent through the site are not confirmed until we agree on the details and price in writing. Deposits, cancellations and changes follow the event agreement we send you.
5. Reviews and messages
Reviews you leave on Google are posted under Google's terms. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them to improve Kojee without owing you anything. We may show public Google reviews on our site with the reviewer's first name.
6. Our brand
The Kojee name, logo, mascot, illustrations, photos and text belong to Kojee Coffee Co. LLC or are used with permission. Please don't copy them for commercial use without asking.
7. Other websites
Links and embeds from Google, Instagram, TikTok and Shopify are run by those companies under their own terms.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent Texas law allows, Kojee is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the site, and our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to $50. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law that can't be waived.
9. Law and changes
These terms are governed by Texas law, with disputes handled in Harris County, Texas. We may update them; the date at the top shows the latest version. Kojee Beans also has its own Rewards Terms, and our Privacy Notice explains how we handle data.

6. Nuestra marca
El nombre Kojee, el logo, la mascota, las ilustraciones, fotos y textos pertenecen a Kojee Coffee Co. LLC o se usan con permiso. No los copies para uso comercial sin preguntar.

Los enlaces y contenidos de Google, Instagram, TikTok y Shopify los operan esas empresas bajo sus propios términos.
8. Garantías y responsabilidad
