Do beans expire?
Beans stay on your card while your account is active. Free drinks stay on your card until you redeem them.
Can I earn beans for my friends' drinks?
Yes! If you're paying, tell us how many drinks and we'll add a bean for each one, up to 6 per visit.
I forgot my password.
Tap Log in, then Forgot your password?. You can get a 6-digit code by email, or ask us at the cart for a reset code. If your card uses your Gmail, you can also sign in with Google.
Do I need to download an app?
Nope. Your card lives on this page. On iPhone tap Share, then "Add to Home Screen" and it opens like an app.
