We keep it simple: we only collect what we need to run Kojee Beans and answer your messages, and we never sell your information.

What we collect

• Kojee Beans: your first name, email, password (stored encrypted, we can't see it), and if you add them, your mobile number and birthday (month and day only). We also keep your bean and reward history.
• Forms: what you send us through the contact and event forms.
• Basic logs: our hosting provider (Netlify) processes technical data like IP addresses to keep the site secure.

How we use it

• To run your rewards card, find your account at the cart and reset your password when you ask.
• To reply to your messages and event requests.
• To send occasional emails about flavors, residencies and events, only if you opted in. You can opt out anytime from your card or by emailing us.
• To send alerts to your phone (free drink ready, new badges) only if you turn them on. Turn them off anytime from your card or your phone settings.

Your choices

You can update your details, download your data, sign out other devices or delete your card anytime from the Privacy tab of your card at /rewards. You can also email info@kojee.club from the address you signed up with.

Cookies

We don't use advertising cookies. Your device stores a login token so your card stays open, and nothing else.
